You will find that a visit to the Arthur area and Illinois Amish
Country has much to see and do, yet its slower pace gives you plenty of
time to relax and remember better times past.
There is something going on all the time around
here. You'll wonder how we find time to be at home at all. There are
many, many benefit auctions, meals and events around here that welcome
your attendance and participation. Add in the fairs and festival and
you'd think that was enough. Now find time for the special events. The
quilt and needlepoint shows, opry's and bluegrass events, bike rides,
BBQ and chilli competitions, re-enactments, fireworks,... whew! Better
plan to spend some time here or come back often. And you'll want to
leave some time to shop! (at least, we want
you to leave some time for that!)
